Yes! We are finally able to ship our Cheesecakes to 48 of our states. Alaska & Hawaii are not available at this moment.

Are all Cheesecake Cuties available for shipping?
Due to product limitations, we are only baking certain Cheesecakes on a quarterly rotation. However, our 4 most popular Cuties (B's Original, Blueberry Lemon, Key Lime & White Chocolate Raspberry) are available year round. When you call to place your order, we will let you know what flavors we currently have beyond those mentioned above. If you are wanting a flavor that is not available, but want 8 of them, we will bake them for you.
When will I receive my order?
We try to ship your order as soon as possible, however we do not ship the same day orders are placed. We ship Monday-Wednesday. Standard shipping is a 2-day service available for shipments sent Monday-Wednesday for delivery Wednesday-Friday. 1-day rates are available. All shipping rates are currently based on your address and no standard shipping rates apply. We will provide a 3 day shipping cost, but that is NOT guaranteed by the shipping company or by us. We have had success in shipping 3 days, but this is in the winter months. Florida shipping seems to be received the next day with a reasonable shipping cost.
How will my cheesecake arrive?
All of our cheesecakes are shipped frozen. Cuties are shipped in a Styrofoam cooler (USPS unit box) with gel dry ice sheets and are 100% safe to touch. As long as the Cuties are cool to the touch, it is perfect for eating even if there is no dry ice sheets remaining.
What do I do with my cheesecakes once it is delivered?
The Cuties should be removed from their packaging upon arrival. You may begin to enjoy them immediately, refrigerate, or refreeze the Cuties. Our Cuties will last up to four days in the refrigerator or up to six months in the freezer. If you decide to refreeze them, please wrap them tightly or place in a air tight container. Whichever way you decided, your Cuties will taste as fresh as if you were on vacation in Anna Maria Island in our Café.
How should I serve my Cheesecake Cuties?
The Cuties will arrive with all sauces or toppings separately packaged. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship our house made Cutie Whip Cream. You may add your own or none at all. That is completely up to you. Once you are ready to devour, I mean eat your Cuties, please uses the sauces that match your Cutie label. Will you ship to someone else as a surprise?
Yes, but we strongly recommend that you check if your recipient will be available to take receipt of the cake on the delivery date—i.e., not on vacation or out-of-town. This is especially important during the holidays. Also, be sure you have the correct address. We do not take responsibility for shipments that are delivered to incorrect addresses or for deliveries to recipients that are out of town.
Although everyone loves a surprise, it might be best to tell your recipient to expect the package to ensure its safe delivery and handling.
Currently, we are only taking orders over the phone. Please call our store and let them know you would like to place an order for shipping. Please bare with us as we work through this process. I am sure eventually we will have online ordering available.
Will I receive an order confirmation and tracking information?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. When the cake is shipped, you will receive an email containing a UPS or Fedex tracking number. You can use this information to track when your package is shipped and to inquire when it has arrived.
What does Cheesecake Cutie do with my information?
Any information that you provide to Cheesecake Cutie when placing the order is kept within our company. We do not sell or distribute our contact lists or client lists to anyone! The information is solely used to help understand our customers, reply to comments, suggestions or concerns, and to better direct promotions. Your privacy is of the highest importance to us.
